RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE OR RETURN CONDITIONS
The Savvie Store team constantly invests in policies to ensure that our customers are always satisfied. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be met
The product must be returned in its original packaging;
The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, i.e. in the form in which it was received;
The product must be returned with the labels (or protectors) attached, the manuals and all accompanying accessories.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an e-mail to contacto@tiendasavvie.com and inform us:
Product name;
Order number;
E-mail address registered at the time of purchase;
Reason for the exchange or return;
IMAGE OR VIDEO SHOWING THE DEFECT, IF ANY.
Once we have confirmed all the questions about the return of the product, we will inform you of the address where you can return the product and we will refund the amount paid for the product and the shipping costs.
REFUND METHODS
Credit card chargeback: this chargeback may appear on up to two invoices after the payment gateway has finalized the return.
TED: transfer to the customer's account which can be made within 10 days after the return.
